Your Visit
Location & Parking
Located at 166 Shakespeare Street, Leamington, Cambridge, in a shared health building (the same building as MoleMap).
Client parking is available on-site. If the car park is full, there is plenty of free street parking nearby.
Arrival & Consultation
You'll receive an online consultation form when booking your first appointment. Please complete this before your visit so we can make the most of your treatment time.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. There's no need to arrive early, as your consultation should already be completed.
Waiting Area & Amenities
A shared waiting area is available for clients and patients within the building.
A toilet is available for client use.
Bringing Children
I want your appointment to be a chance to relax and unwind, so attending on your own is recommended where possible.
That said, as a mum myself, I completely understand that childcare isn't always available. Children are welcome to accompany you, provided they are happy to wait in the treatment room during your appointment. Please note that I am unable to supervise children during treatments, and appointments will need to finish within the allocated booking time.
Accessibility
A ramp is available at the rear of the building for clients using wheelchairs, mobility aids or prams.
If you'll be requiring ramp access, please let me know before your appointment so I can ensure the rear entrance is unlocked and ready for your arrival.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Appointments can be rescheduled online up to 24 hours before your appointment.
If you're unable to attend within 24 hours, please email info@thebeautique.co.nz or text 021 082 24755 as soon as possible.
Late cancellations can be difficult to refill, so I appreciate as much notice as possible.
Repeated late cancellations may require a non-refundable booking payment before future appointments.
Clients who do not attend their appointment without making contact will have their online booking access suspended until they get in touch.
Payment
Payment is appreciated on the day of your appointment. EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard and paywave are accepted.
