- Once your payment has been processed and your package has been applied to your account, simply book your appointments online.
- When booking, you can select your pre-paid package (where available). If you accidentally book the standard treatment instead, don't worry—I can update it to your package on my end before your appointment.

Pre-Paid Package Terms & Conditions
- Packages are valid from the date of purchase until 19 December 2026.
- All treatments must be redeemed by the expiry date.
- Packages are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Appointments are subject to availability, so we recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred dates.
- Complimentary gifts included in selected packages are available while stocks last.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide as much notice as possible.
- 24 hours or more notice: No charge.
- Less than 24 hours' notice or failure to attend your appointment: The booked treatment will be forfeited from your package.
